CMECH Coastal Finish

No fake data, no compromise on results

So every stretch of coastline can enjoy a safe and secure home

Starry Da nang, One Grand Feast

On May 9, 2026, CMECH held the “Da Nang, Vietnam · Coastal Finish New Product Launch” at the Grand Mercure Hotel in Da Nang. Hundreds of window and door manufacturers, contractors, distributors, architects, and industry media from Vietnam and abroad gathered to witness the official launch of the Coastal Finish series in the Vietnamese market.

The Coastal Finish series adopts a more scientific zoning approach to surface treatment, providing targeted protection based on the saltspray exposure levels of different components. This delivers a more stable and reliably deliverable durability solution for window and door projects along Vietnam’s coastline.

Tough and Lasting, Beyond Limits

In coastal environments, window and door hardware usually fails not from a single cause, but from multiple factors combined: exposed parts are hit directly by salt spray and driving rain, while internal components are slowly corroded by moisture and infiltrating salt.

To address this, CMECH applies different, precisely zoned surface treatments to visible parts and structural components. By matching protection type and level to each area’s exposure, we improve the long-term stability of system hardware for coastal windows and doors.

Zoned Protection, Targeted Performance

The traditional approach is often “one size fits all”: using the same surface treatment for every component. The key breakthrough of the Coastal Finish series is zoning protection by part, material, exposure level, and load condition. This makes our process combinations more scientific and efficient, and better aligned with real-world operating conditions.

The value of zoned treatment lies in:

Avoiding the “short-board effect” by giving stronger protection to the most exposed and critical parts, reducing chain failures triggered by localized corrosion.

Avoiding “ineffective protection” by matching surface treatments to each component’s function and material, for more precise protection and more stable performance.

Achieving more efficient cost and process allocation, focusing resources where reinforcement matters most, to balance protection level and investment and improve project feasibility.

Total Mastery, Eternal Defense

Importantly, surface treatment is far more than just stacking layers. What truly dictates hardware performance is a company’s end-to-end process control and consistency.

At the event, the brand spokesperson emphasized that arbitrarily piling on coating layers provides no real protection. Instead, the true test lies in mastering the entire manufacturing lifecycle. Every step—from substrate selection and pre-treatment to process integration, coating application, and final testing—directly determines the ultimate corrosion resistance. This comprehensive approach is the core logic behind how the CMECH Coastal Finish delivers systematic protection and consistently high-quality output.

The CMECH Coastal Finish officially debuted at a launch event in Da Nang, Vietnam. During the evening’s in-depth exchange, industry experts explored the series’ coastal applications, sparking strong collaborative interest and a vibrant atmosphere.

The success of the Coastal Finish as a specialized regional solution is rooted in CMECH’s nearly 30 years of manufacturing and R&D excellence. This heritage represents a deep accumulation of mastery across materials, craftsmanship, process control, and quality standards. By leveraging in-house R&D to iterate and validate designs in real-world coastal environments, CMECH ensures long-term consistency in quality, performance, and delivery across every batch.
