CMECH has invested RMB 50 million to build a temperaturecontrolled, vibrationisolated laboratory, equipped with a ZEISS 3D measuring system offering accuracy down to 0.5 μm.

This allows us to detect thickness variations at a microscopic level—equivalent to measuring a single strand of hair split into 100 layers—ensuring hardware quality is controlled to the finest fractions of a millimetre.
